Any guesses as to how this situation arose? Was the SUV driver impatient when trailing this wall of blown snow and decided to risk a few moments in whiteout to get past it? If so this dude is a selfish knucklehead who should be popped for a driving infraction. Remember this folks, plow drivers’ jobs are hard enough as is without kook motorists making it more stressful. Always give them right of way and NEVER PASS ON THE INSIDE.
