Mount Hood Meadows Opens After 3 Foot Dump

“Opening day at Meadows with three lifts and an enthusiastic crowd of snow sliders and powder chasers! Three feet of snow since Wednesday made it happen – growing our base area snow depth to 36 inches.”
Looks like Mount Hood Meadows had some happy customers on opening day after a midweek dump padded their base depth.  They’re expected to launch Mt. Hood Express today and with more snow forecast this week,  open more lifts and terrain.
