“I have witnessed one of the scariest landslides here in Camp 5, Manipis, Talisay City last November 04, 2021, at 08:45 am when going to Cebu City for work. I was riding a motorcycle driven by my brother. I was shocked after reviewing the video record that I have captured at that time. I couldn’t believe it. But it happened. It makes me shudder.”
Frightening scene captured on video yesterday in the Philippines where a landslide sent motorists speeding away for the lives as debris overtook a road in Talisay City. Thankfully no injuries were reported. The Talisay City Government have implemented a 10-day closure of Manipis Road in Barangay Manipis following the incident.
