After years of faithful service, the gondolas that carry skiers up the Whiteface Mountain Ski Center, have been replaced. But, in this era of COVID, a surprising thing happened with some of the old gondolas. Mountain Lake PBS took a trip to The Cottage at Mirror Lake Inn Resort & Spa to see how the iconic gondola’s have been repurposed to the delight of diners:
