The latest episode of Netflix’s smash hit series “The Crown” has audience members questioning how much of the dramatized version of a 1988 avalanche accident in Switzerland that killed his friend Major Hugh Lindsay is factual. The episode titled “Avalanche” doesn’t go into much detail of the accident but Prince Charles did an interview for a 1994 documentary where he describes what happened that day on the slopes of Klosters Resort. Truly a tragic event:
