If ever there were experts in how to deal with isolation it’s the astronauts tasked with manning the International Space Station. Untold resources were expended on their mental, physical and emotional training and there are lessons us terrestrial humans can learn from their experience.  This is Canadian astronaut and former ISS commander Chris Hadfield’s advice to staying productive while keeping your distance.
