According to CNA, Andrzej Bargiel, was forced to abandon his ambitious attempt to summit and ski down Everest without taking his skis off. We reported on his plan last week.
Unfortunately for Bargiel, a massive 165′ x 98′ block of ice is threateningly close to falling at the Khumbu icefall.
Hopefully we will see this feat fulfilled someday. In the meantime, check out Bargiel’s descent of K2 below. This guys is already a legend.
