Make sure to wear your sandals in the shower and never knock on a door with a sock on the handle…these are few tips you might want to keep in mind if you plan on living in a Podshare adult co-living facility. The California based company thinks Denver is a location ripe for expansion with high rents and low affordable housing inventory. You know where else these conditions exist…..practically every mountain town, just saying Podshare. I just want to know if they come with a mini-fridge and beanbag chair…I got top bunk!
