“Taco Bell fire sauce saves lives!”

A man stranded for 5 days in central Oregon survived by eating Taco Bell sauce packets and starting up the engine every so often to stay warm.

USA Today reports 36 year old Jeremy Taylor was found by a passing snowmobiler Friday and had quite a story a tell. He told rescuers he and his dog, Ally, got stuck in deep snow while driving on a U.S. Forest Service road in Deschutes County 5 days prior. He decided to sleep in his car and woke up to more snow. He attempted to hike out but turned back because the snow was too deep. The pair were both in good health when found but were very hungry.

Jeremy took to Facebook to thank his rescuers and revealed that he had survived on eating 3 packets of Taco Bell Fire Sauce during the ordeal:

“Thank you everyone, I’m safe my Ally dog is safe. I really appreciate all the help. Got lucky, lets never do that again. I’ll be in touch with everyone soon” adding “Taco Bell fire sauce saves lives!”
