Kilian Jornet Sets Uphill Skiing Record (77,000ft in 24 Hours)

“I don’t know why I do it. Its not fun. Its not interesting.”

Killian Jornet did something truly absurd last week in Molde, Norway. The Spanish ultra endurance athlete/professional skier shattered the existing record for uphill skiing by climbing 23,486 meters (over 77,000ft) in a 24 hour span.
