The upscale hotel repurposed a gondola from Stratton which can be book for up to four people for $460 (plus tax and gratuity) with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne pairing. The experience comes complete with a personal server and an optional white Columbia Titanium coat to keep you toasty warm while you eat:

Whether booked for a romantic dinner or a warm gathering of friends, the satisfying menu of this pop-up fondue restaurant features a choice of Raclette, cheese fondue, bratwurst, Rösti potatoes and other Alpine delicacies, served alongside vintage selections of Veuve Clicquot champagnes.
Guests will arrive on the Ocean House’s North Lawn and enjoy a pre-dinner glass of Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne, borrow a stylish white Columbia Titanium coat, then enter our fully restored Vermont Ski Gondola for a private three-course meal. A personal server will oversee your meal to provide you a unique dining experience.
