Squaw Valley, USA dropped a whole bunch of dough into snowmaking and they will be firing their new investment on all cylinders whenever temps dip leading up to their projected November 17th opening day. Squaw’s sister mountain Alpine Meadows also had upgraded snowmaking on it’s beginner terrain so if you’re looking for good early season learner slopes head there.
