October snowfall on Mt Washington, NH

6 foot drifts…in October!

Mt Washington, NH got hit with an early season winter storm the dropped 18″ of snow overnight. The new snow mixed with high winds built snowdrifts of up to 6 feet.

18 inches of snow…and counting! Drifts as high as 6 feet are present near the front entrance, and the truck pictured was shoveled out about 30 minutes before this video. โ€” feeling exhausted.
