Explain to me when it’s okay for someone to ‘accidentally’ shoot somebody at a nightclub and not go to jail?

I guess when they’re FBI agents involved. That’s rubbing some people the wrong way and we along with FOX 31 Denver expect the Denver District Attorney, Beth McCann has a busy Monday on her hands.

According to FOX 31, the agent has since reported to his supervisor concerning the incident. However some think this lacks the punitive punch for such reckless and possibly, criminal behavior. The possibility of future charges could be forthcoming.
The victim of the shooting is expected to make a full recovery.
