Whoever lifted pain killers from a ski patrol shack at Aspen’s Buttermilk Ski Area better get ready for some hefty medical bills because Karma is coming for you! Torn ACL, broken femur, whatever it is– it’s not going to be pretty.

According to the Aspen Times, the pills were stolen sometime between closing this past Saturday and opening on Sunday. The narcotics in question are supposed to be administered by ski patroller’s in dire situations of extreme pain.
Authorities say there was no sign of breaking and entering but they did confirm that the drugs were stolen. Exactly how were stolen remains a mystery. The theft was reported on Sunday morning by an Aspen Snowmass ski patroller.
