A lot of lessons are being extracted from a tragic avalanche incident that killed one snowmobiler in the Southern Madison range in southwestern Montana on Tuesday. The group of 6, while conservative, managed to remotely trigger an avalanche that would ultimately bury the victim three feet deep under snow and his sled.
