Its called “The Pad” and the new Silverthorne proposed hostel development will be constructed of old shipping containers. The developers have initial approval from the town and hope to break ground next year, eventually offering accommodations ranging from cheap dorm room style bunk beds ($50) to more expensive private rooms ($150)but with a focus on the communal areas and the interactions of their guests.
