The following video was captured in Taiwan and shows fierce winds from Typhoon Khanun, which slammed into mainland China just this morning.

According to NDTV, this ins’t the first instance of this happening. There was a similar event that happened in Ireland back in 2005 when fierce winds from Storm Desmond prevented a waterfall in County Leitrim from hitting the ground.
