Instead of slowing the train down to avoid drenching the commuters, this train conductor went into this flooded station full steam ahead. The result was a massive wave of dirty rainwater that nailed the waiting commuters. Most people standing on the tracks were not exactly expecting the train to roll through the station that quickly.
