The hashtag people keep using to describe the historically snowy January in the Tahoe has simply been– #januBURIED.

And with a foot overnight, the Sierra shoveling saga continues with Boreal, Sugar Bowl, Mammoth, and Mt Rose all reporting over 18″ of snow in the last 24 hours.

A second installment of last week’s atmospheric river action is set to dump between 3-6 Feet when all is snowed and done. The Sierra is currently under a winter storm warning.
