If you live in Colorado you have either noticed the recent influx of new residents or you are one.  According to Denver 7’s examination of tax records, the amount of people moving to Colorado is down 25% from the prior year but the rate of people leaving is also down 30%.

Looks like the flow of people may be tapering off but people aren’t leaving.
