After a burst of snow blew into the coastal range of British Columbia last night, Whistler Blackcomb is sporting a fresh coat of snow on its higher peaks and glaciers.

With the autumnal equinox just a few weeks away, Oregon, Montana, Colorado, and Wyoming have already seen snow and skiers are starting to change out board shorts for flannels in anticipation of fall and the ski season ahead.
