Pretty crazy when you consider that Chloe just became eligible for driver’s license and she is up against The Notorious Connor McGregor, Cub’s pitcher Jake Arrieta, and T-Wolves center Karl-Anthony Towns for Best Breakthrough Athlete at The ESPY Awards. We wish Chloe the best of luck and got her back if McGregor starts to talk trash!
