Even the most adept rally drivers in the world can find themselves in a ditch with a little ice on the road. The WRC’s Rally Monte Carlo event experienced challenging conditions as it made its way into the mountain stages after starting in Monte Carlo’s Casino Square. Obviously most people don’t go recklessly whipping around blind corners in slick conditions but just goes to show you that driving for the conditions is paramount.
