Photographer Vince Camiolo shot this incredible footage at sunrise in the Cataloochee Valley of Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina, where he says a man’s apparently harmless encounter with a bull elk quickly became much more frightening.
In the video an unnamed photographer sits near the side of the road, submissively with his head down, as a juvenile bull elk repeatedly tests his nerve, jostling him with his antlers.
