While the winter was late to arrive in Europe, Austrian powder friends Tobi Tritscher, Mattias Haunholder and Stefan Ager struck out in search of fresh snow. Basing themselves in the Hildesheimer Hut, high in the Stubai Alps of Tyrol in Austria, the three toured, hiked and skied multiple faces in the glacial area. Completely self sufficient for three nights and four days Tobi, Mattias and Stefan found the powder they had been searching for, climbed peaks up to 3211 meters in elevation and experienced the solitude and peace only high alpine hut missions can provide.
