“Floodwaters raged through southern California on September 16 after an inch of rain pounded the area during the afternoon. According to the Desert Sun, a man in Joshua Tree was killed after his SUV was overturned after being hit by the raging flood. Local man Kirk Roland recorded this video of the flood pouring past his road, saying that the storms that day were “crazy and destructive.”
