It is being reported that former Olympic downhill champion, Bill Johnson, condition has “improved tremendously”. Johnson had elected to take himself off life support two weeks ago due to a life-threatening infection.
Since that time, Johnson has returned to his assisted living facility in Gresham, Ore.
Johnson’s mother was quoted by the Associated Press as saying, “I do believe the infection has been combatted and he’s doing fine.”
