There has been a sever lack of snow in Utah this Winter, so I headed up to Whistler with Eliel Hindert and Joardan Seldin to escape the drought of the intermountain west. We spent a little time at the resort and got some good runs when Peak chair opened. The next day we moved farther into the backcountry to shred come much needed powder and escape the holiday crowds at the resort.Â
We had a nice tour in the Duffy area, finding light fluffy powder and some incredible pillows. Sometimes we claim to have pillows in Utah, but we’re just kidding ourselves. The real pillows are in BC.
