Spring was in the air today and it was time to go get some corn. The plan was to meet Annie and Crazy Ray at Alta early and get moving, but a random road closure held us up a bit. It all worked out for the best as we added three more people to our crew during the leisurely hike up. It was super warm and sunny and we were hoping to get to the peak from the corn got too sloppy.

We got the the peak and it was looking like we were a little late for the super prime corn. Maybe we should not have been so pokey on the way up? The snow was however still good enough for all 6 of us to rip Little Superior top to bottom in rapid succession. Way to go team!

After the morning hike Snowbird was on the menu for a few quick minerals before heading down. The jib line is still buried and more of the hits are still gone. We almost tried the Tim Normand Thread-the-Needle Gap but chickened out. Maybe tomorrow.
