The 15th Annual “In The Mood” benefit will be happening this Wednesday night, Dec 1, at the Resort at Squaw Creek. This year’s show includes the talents of the biggest names in ski photography and cinematography as well as the best athletes in the business. Hank de Vre, Scott Gaffney, Tomy Day, Mike and Dave Hatchett, Keoki Flagg, Court Leve, and more have submitted their best photos and clips for us to drool on and get us fired up for the 2010/2011 ski season. Todd Offenbacher and Eric T. Brandt will be hosting.
This event is a great party and a great way to reconnect with all those snow humans that you haven’t seen since May.
This year’s “In The Mood” will be a tribute to Robert “Fro” Frohlich who passed away the past October after a long, bad-ass fight against cancer. Hank de Vre and Frohlich were the original orgaizers of the first “In The Mood” back in 1995.
A raffle full of gifts you want will include: heli-ski trips, a Squaw season pass, snowcat trips, skis, snowboards, lodging packages, ski tickets, gift certificates, tons of gear and more. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Tahoe Forest Hospital Cancer Center.
After party starting at 9pm at Sandy’s Pub (downstairs from the event).
