Update: The identity of the Mad Pooper is still unknown. Currently there are no suspects, no arrest and thankfully no more pooping. Toilet paper giant Charmin has offered a year’s supply of toilet paper to the jogger if she turned herself in.
A Colorado Springs woman dubbed the Mad Pooper has been defecating in public over the past few weeks. It has gotten so bad that now the cops are getting involved. The act appears to be some sort of revenge pooping.
