Interesting technique developed by avalanche expert Manuel Genswein to dig out a buried victim with the most efficient way possible (up to twice as fast as traditional technique). It takes a few shovelers, so this system wouldn’t be applicable in smaller groups but certainly something I would try in practice to see how well it works.
