Steep is a multiplayer game that offers its users the chance to snowboard, ski, paraglide, and wingsuit throughout the epic and somewhat altered alpine scenery of the Alps. The game is meant to be self controlled by allowing its users to create personalized “challenges” for each other in the virtual mountains resembling the alps.

The gameplay looks really good and the graphics are not cheesy like many of its competitors. Also, athletes such as Kevin Rolland, Luke Aikins, and Sammy Luebke are already backing the project, which is a good sign of athlete consultation on how to make the game appear like the ‘real thing’ and less like Nintendo’s 1986 game, Slalom.

*Steep will be released in December for Xbox One, PS4, and PC gaming systems.
