Okay folks, the people behind the curtain at NOAA have dropped their latest forecast for February precipitation. Don’t put too much weight behind these predictions but this is what the experts are calling for.
Above average precipitation is expected in the following states:
Alaska, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and California.
Below average precipitation is expected in the following states:
Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana and Idaho.

…again these forecasts are vague but based on scientific deductions so keep your fingers crossed if they bode well for you but don’t be too discouraged if they don’t.
