Being a volcano rising up out of a desert in the middle of an Island, it can go from snow storm to sunshine in a matter of a few hours. Complete with a water filled crater lake at it’s summit, it is New Zealands best Spring skiing destination.

We wanted to show a single Spring day on Mt Ruapehu – telling the story without reverting to documentary style with voice over.
