This is the first ski film from Vital Films since their 2008 “Every Day Is A Saturday” and it was supposedly made with no budget whatsoever. Although it comes packed full of great graphics and flashy titles there is a surprisingly lack of action shots in the teaser. The first one is around 1:07 and there are about 10 total, half of which are used very quickly. When flashy titles and over-edited filler shots make up most of the teaser, one can’t help but wonder if this movie is going to be any good.

Primarily out of Aspen / Snowmass this film is featuring riders such as  Matt Walker, Torin Yater-Wallace, Nick Devore, Charlie Lasser, Aidan Sheahan, Sean Jordan, and more. Also the film features the music from The Grouch, Eligh, Atmosphere, Zion I, Cunninlynguists, Talib Kweli, People Under The Stairs, and others.
“If You Want To Fly” will be available for free as of September 2011. Go to vitalfilms.com to get more info.
