KSLTV reports UDOT closed Little Cottonwood Canyon Sunday as a huge winter storm clobber Utah dropping several inches of super wet, heavy snow. Sundance led most resorts with 4 feet of fresh snow, with Brighton and Alta reporting over 3 feet.
Avy control work continued throughout the weekend with Little Cottonwood Canyon finally reopening Monday morning. Although the Canyon is reopened, traction laws will be in effect and drivers should expect major delays.
Be safe out there folks, drive for the conditions and be patient.
