Gabagool? Ova’ here! Indy Pass partner Pats Peak in Henniker, New Hampshire has hosted various food trucks over the past couple of years, which is a genius idea that more ski resorts should do in the future. This winter, they’ll have the TOLA-Rose Italian Eats food truck right next to the base of the Peak triple chairlift. The food truck will be open on Friday afternoons, weekends and holidays.
Some of their menu items include meatball subs, chicken parm subs, Italian sausage subs, spaghetti and meatballs, and grilled cheese garlic bread. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like gabagool is on the menu. Hopefully, this press coverage is enough to change that predicament.
