Once it is fully built out, the mountain will grow from a daily skier capacity of 1600 to over 16,000. The ski resort, which currently had 36 trails and five lifts, will grow to 283 runs and 23 lifts on 1100 hectares(more than 2700 acres) of skiable terrain. The amount of commercial and service space will go from 16,000 to 280,000 square feet in nine development pods, and the number of available bed units for guests will expand from 1000 to nearly 20,000. In the summer of 2023, construction will begin on a hostel and staff accommodations with retail space. In the summer of 2024, developers are planning to break ground on 600 condo units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
