Before the lockdowns in March of 2020, it was a fairly typical winter for most of the ski industry. This was especially true in Austria, where Ischgls aprés scenes became one of the earliest superspreader events in Europe. The situation actually resulted in multiple lawsuits against the Austrian government for their mishandling of the situation. Enter the 2021-22 season, where things have kinda gotten back to normal. To enter the resort, restaurants, or accommodations, you must show either a vaccination card, recent recovery from Covid, or a negative test.
