The secret is out on most of the ski resorts in Utah, but one ski area is still a bit of a sleeper. Compared to the other Ogden beasts in Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resort, Nordic Valley has stood for most of its history as a small family ski area. That reputation is changing, with the mountain undergoing a major expansion last year. This expansion brought a brand new peak with a high-speed six-pack. This could also be the precipice of Nordic Valleys’ expansion plans, as much more terrain could be forthcoming. On Wednesday, Nordic Valley unveiled their new trail map, which shows off the new peak and trails that were cut over the offseason. You can see these maps above and below.
