The White Mountains of New Hampshire features some of the most famous ski resorts in the region, like Cannon, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, and Wildcat. But there are also smaller ski hills that service the local’s community, like Mt. Eustis in Littleton.
Yesterday, they unveiled their new logo, with some nice-looking stickers to boot. You can donate to them at the Littleton Co-Op today from 3-5 pm, or from September 16th-30th. It looks like you can buy a season pass, grab one of their new stickers, sign up to volunteer, or pre-order as well at the Co-Op.
Mt. Eustis has a very unique history compared to other ski hills. The hill originally operated from 1939 until the 1970s but was then shut down for decades due to the immense local competition.
A local nonprofit helped reopen the hill in December of 2016, with a new fifteen hundred foot rope tow. And all it takes to shred this spot is a donation of $5! Earlier this summer, the Board of Directors scouted out some new potential runs, so more skiing acreage could be on the horizon at Mt. Eustis.
