Utah Records First Rainfall in Over a Month

The prayers finally worked. Most of Utah saw moderate to heavy rainfall on Thursday, along with thunderstorms and heavy wind. With the state facing one of the most severe droughts in its history. According to KSL, it was Salt Lake City’s first recorded rainfall since May 23.

Local resorts were stoked, and they nearly got some snow out of it…

After Thursday, it’s going back to dry and warm weather for the state over the next week.
