Oh the nostalgia runs deep for those of us who grew up playing the classic Nintendo 64 game 1080° Snowboarding till our thumbs cramped. Originally released on April 1st in 1998, 1080° Snowboarding was an immediate smash hit selling 817,529 units and earning $40.9 million in revenues by the end of year. The games original creator, Giles Goddard, is still active in the business and has taken his talents to the realm of VR announcing his new creation Carve Snowboarding will be coming soon to Oculus Quest. No release date announced yet but we’ll be sure to let know you when it drops. Check out the demo below…definitely takes nods from the the late 90s with a dash of 2021:
