Sherpas Save Inverted Climber Hovering Over Everest Crevasse

You don’t have to be in the death zone for the shit to hit the fan on Everest. Case in point, this climber who lost his balance walking across a ladder bridge in crampon and ended up ass over tea kettle dangling above a crevasse in the Khumbu Icefall. Thankfully highly skilled sherpas were keeping watch and quickly and calmly fished him out of this inverted predicament before pushing on as if nothing had happened. Everest is gnarly.
