Josh Daiek put together one banger edit from ripping around the High Sierra in primo conditions.
“The winter of 2019 was one for the books in the Sierra Nevada. Record snowfall in February buried the range, filling in lines that only come into play every decade or so. The winter seemed like it would never let up. When it finally did, and the sun poked its head out in mid April, my friend Will Brommelsiek and I decided to take a walk through the mountains to explore some new terrain. ‘Scratching the Surface’ documents our multi-day adventure as we push further into our backyard and explore new lines.”
