VIDEO: Avalanche Barrels Down On Climbers Below “Guillotine Gully” In The Himalayas

“Annapurna is a cruel mountain. Here a huge avalanche hurtles down the ‘Guillotine gully’ between ‘German 1980’ and ‘Dutch Rib 1977’ routes of the north face and envelops the camp 2 eventually. This incredible footage from my Annapurna summit-partner.”

Unnerving footage from the base of Annapurna Massif in Nepal as an avalanche barrels down on a group of climbers. You can hear tents being zipped up and obviously this video posted so I think the avalanche had lost most of its steam by the time it hit camp but that must have raised pulses:
