“Upon impact I broke both wrists, 8 ribs, my pelvis and punctured my lung. I laid in a gulley below fading in and out of consciousness and stopped breathing on several occasions for well over an hour.”

Hoping for a speedy recovery for 26 year old Kyle Walker after he fell from  the 2nd Flatiron in Boulder, Colorado. Kyle had climbed  the 2nd Flatiron many times before but had chosen a particularly difficult route when the accident occurred.

He was not using ropes at the time but did have a chest mounted GoPro. He claims the fall happened when his toe slipped on a bit of lichen. Kyle laid in agony in and out of consciousness for over an hour before a passing hiker came to his aid and alerted rescuers.
