“This happened the other day in St. Anton, Austria and it is no surprise to me! I have way too many times seen the same kind of behavior, always with no consequences. And this is how the story goes:
People get positive feedback in close to 100% of the time when they ski/board avalanche prone terrain. Positive means nothing happened, so they think it is ok to do it another time. The few getting negative feedback don’t live to tell the story!
It is in fact very good that stuff like this happens and go viral, hopefully it will at least teach a few people.
So what to do if you find yourself in the same kind of situation – flee, get the hell out of there and ski another route.”
